The BioA SARS-CoV-2 Real-Time RT-PCR Kit v2.0 primer and probe sets are designed to detect viral RNA from SARS-CoV-2 in nasopharyngeal swab specimens for qualitative detection of the ORF1ab and N genes of SARS-CoV-2 RNA. An additional primer/probe set to detect Human RNase P RPP30 gene serves as an internal positive control to monitor sample quality is also included in the panel. IFU will be attached with every purchase.
